Locked Out
If you're locked out of your vehicle and your keys are inside, entry can be gained through tooling as long as the cylinder lock is in good condition. However, if you have no keys, the vehicle can still be accessed by decoding the cylinder, allowing a new key to be cut and tested. From this point, a new fob can be programmed and bonded to your vehicle, and you can request a second if stock is available.
What You Need to Know
If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of key fob breakage or loss of your only key fob, don't worry; there's a solution. Before this solution can be implemented, the vehicle ownership must be established. Proof of ownership or authority to access the vehicle may be required. This can be provided through appropriate documentation or relevant information during the initial call or upon arrival.
